Alliance Day for our Coffee, Palm Oil & Soy Alliances

Since 2025, we bring the members of our Coffee, Palm Oil, and Soy Alliances together in one room once a year — and this November, we’re doing it again. While each alliance works within its own commodity, the challenges we face are largely shared: a changing climate that threatens production and producers alike, the shift towards regenerative agriculture, the urgent need to secure living incomes and decent livelihoods for smallholders, and growing demands for traceability and accountability across the value chain – both from regulators and buyers. Last year’s cross-alliance conference made one thing clear: no single actor can drive this transition alone. Alliances create shared goals, mutual accountability, and a forum for concrete action — and the results speak for themselves, from joint guides for public procurement to measurable increases in certified sourcing and engagement in regenerative production.

Alliance Day 2026 builds on that momentum. The day will combine individual and shared sessions on our common alliance priorities with space for exchange, inspiration, and connection across commodities — because the solutions developed in one value chain often hold lessons for the others.
