Cross-Alliance: Deep Dive on Regenerative Agriculture

Regenerative agriculture is rapidly moving from buzzword to business priority. As soil degrades, biodiversity declines, and climate risks intensify, coffee, palm oil, and soy producers are under growing pressure to farm in ways that restore rather than deplete the ecosystems they depend on. For companies sourcing these commodities, regenerative practices offer a path to more resilient supply chains, stronger farmer livelihoods, and credible progress on climate and nature commitments. But what does “regenerative” actually mean in practice? Definitions vary, standards are still evolving, and implementation looks different across commodities and landscapes.

That’s why we’re bringing our Coffee, Palm Oil, and Soy Alliances together for a cross-alliance deep dive. Together we’ll unpack current definitions, standards, and best practices, hear how companies are implementing regenerative agriculture strategies, and explore how solutions and certifications can support regenerative systems.
