What EUDR means once it applies

EUDR applies from 30 December 2026 for large and medium enterprises, with micro and small enterprises following by 30 June 2027. After years of legal uncertainty, companies now need to comply with the Regulation by demonstrating robust due diligence measures.

Behind the requirements are real physical places and real human beings, the forests, farms and communities where commodities such as cocoa, coffee and rubber are sourced. The important work is turning the requirements into practice, into your sourcing systems, your traceability and your supplier relationships.
