Network meeting for ESG & Stakeholder Engagement
Session Theme: Governance set-up and internal integration

Building on the previous two meetings of 2026, where network members focused on the business case for human rights and sustainability due diligence, at our last meeting of the year we will explore best practices, dilemmas and opportunities of different governance set-ups. Members will share insights from their own experience, and through a facilitated peer exchange we will seek to understand what works and what works less in integrating due diligence mandates within organizations.

The network is intentionally small to allow deep-dives and conversations that allow us to scratch the surface and get into the complexities of different corporate approaches to due diligence, always guided by Etisk Handel Danmark’s expert advice on due diligence and ESG integration. Our focus is on what works in practice – and how to scale it across complex global matrix operations. In this trusted space, members can help each other move from abstract principles to concrete policies, controls, and remediation, to reduce risks and strengthen impact.
